笑顔が眩しく感じの良いステキなスタッフさんに、
取り敢えずの生ビールはサッポロクラシックを注文です。
中ジョッキ３９０円と嬉しいお手頃価格でした。
飲めば泡のクリーミーさときめ細やかさがあり、
ゴクッと飲めば、喉越しが良くて、
甘みと美味しさ実感のクオリティの高さを感じました。
かなりサーバーからのメンテ状態が良好と思いました。
お一人様でも気負いしなくていい
寛ぎ感のある奥のカウンターは落ち着ける空間でした。
寂しがりやでがりやのスタッフと楽しく絡みたい方は、
入口近いカウンターがあるのでそちらをオススメします。
テーブル席や、小上がりの掘りごたつも中々いい感じでした。
たまたまかとは思いますが、
クリーンな環境でゆったりとした感じで過ごせたので、
雰囲気はかなりいいと感じました。

どの魚串も日本酒とペアリングすれば
最高のマリアージュが楽しめそうでした。
酒の肴に最強の串物と感じながらも
急ぎ次へと向かわなければならないので、
もっと注文したくもなりましたが、
ビールと共に魚串を楽しみました。
どの魚介の串も程良い塩梅で、
濃い味付けじゃ無いところが気に入りました。
そして、
魚介の刺身じゃ無くて、
たまには魚介の串焼きしたものも
これはこれで中々いいものだと実感出来たのでした。
氷下魚は少し寒干ししたのかと思いますが、
柔らかでしっとりと生の氷下魚を焼いてるのかもです。
程よくいい塩加減と焼き加減でした。
タコの食感やわらかウマー！
生のグニグニが改良された感じがするのでした。
タコの旨味も風味も香ばしさと共にいい感じです。
ホタテはこれまた味噌との相性抜群な味わいで、
質感良くて旨みが焼いて強くなって感じます。
鮭はジューシーさもあって、
脂乗りがいい部位の旨みもタマラン♪
味噌を付けるとまたバランスが取れた
複雑な味わいで美味しさレベルアップです！
プリパリッとしたイカは、
そのままで下手すると生のイカよりもイカった！
いかほど〜
甘旨い味噌の付けダレは、
水飴と味噌と胡麻がフューチャーした感じ
水飴じゃなくて砂糖と味醂と思いますが、
にょーんと伸びるネリネリの感じで
魚串に美味しさにプラスのいい仕事をしてました♪
この充実した魚介の串の内容とクオリティは、
お値段以上でお試しあれ〜と、
ボールドの山田さんのようにおススメしたくなるのでした。
お通しは、
ちょっと濃いめの味ながら酒の肴に程良いのでは無いでしょうか。
帰る際の会計を対応したスタッフさんも、
笑顔でフレンドリーさを感じさせる魅力を感じました。
料理も美味しかったですが、
素敵なスタッフさん達がいる
良店と感じるいいお店でした♪

本当は、
肉串も頼んで食べたいところでしたし、
早い時間で平日やっている定食も捨てがたいですが、
おすすめメニューから注文しなかった事が心残りでした。
後、日本酒も飲みたかったのです！
