札幌市南3西3の北向き。もりにビル3F。
このお店の近くの焼肉店を訪れた時、
ビル前の路面にサインが出ており、
ちょい飲みセットが気になっていた。
さらに16:00からの開店が良い。
食べログで調べてみると予約が出来たので、
16:00からで予約。この日のソロ1次会。
客は自分ひとりで、16:00開店ではあるが、
その時間から来る方は、ほとんど居ないとのこと。
でもこの少し早い時間の開店は嬉しい。
晩酌セットを注文。980円。
ドリンク1杯にFOODが3品付き。
FOOD3品の内の１つがお通し。
なので別途お通し料金はかからない。
セットにお通し込みというのがGood。
ハイボールを注文。ブラックニッカ。
濃さはまあまあだろうか。
(居酒屋のハイボールは濃さで判断)
1品目のお通しが厚焼き玉子と煮昆布。
玉子には大根おろしと小ネギ付き。
昆布は甘辛く炊いてありアテにぴったり。
とても丁寧なお通し。他のも期待。
2品目は刺し盛り。
サーモンとタイと中トロが２切れずつ。
とても新鮮で甘味があって美味しい。
3品目は茹でそら豆。
塩でいただく。ふっくらホクホク。
これが一番気に入った。旨い!
豆で言うと、枝豆よりそら豆が好き。
あ、でも枝豆も好き。(←なんじゃそら)
料理を追加。魚串がオススメ料理だしね。
魚串の読み方を聞くと、"うおくし"とのこと。
お客さんは"さかなくし"と読む方が多いので、
どっちでも良いみたい。
魚串のおまかせ3点と、鶏串と豚串、
そしてモツ煮込みとハイボールを追加。
魚串はタコ、サバみそ、キンキの三種。
串にすると半身とかより少量なので、
種類を多く食べられるのが良い。
ふうむ、魚串の発想は気がつかなかった。
しかも200円台が多く、リーズナブル。
どれも美味しかったが、サバが絶品!
鶏串と豚串もなかなかハイレベル。
香ばしさとジューシー感と、
塩加減のバランスがとても好みのもの。
モツ煮込みはしっかり煮込まれていて、
大根、人参、牛蒡がモツと同じ大きさで、
食べやすくとても食感が良い。
日本酒メニューは素敵な品揃え。
飲んだことが無い日本酒を追加。
・八咫烏 辛口(奈良/北岡本店)
アル添。八咫烏は知っていたが初見ラベル。
冷酒で頂いたが、燗の方がよかったかな。
最後に本マグロねぎま串を追加。
こってりでレアなぶつ切り本鮪と甘いネギ。
これは何本でも食べたいうまい串。
魚串っていいね。再訪確定のお店。
接客が気配りが行き届いていて心地よい。
