実は以前訪れたことがあるのだが、はしごした数軒目での訪問だったため写真はおろか記憶もままならなかったためレビューをしていなかった。
美味しかった記憶だけあったため、今回はきちんと一軒目で訪問することに。
日曜営業が嬉しいこちらの店。魚串がメインということで、まぐろやサーモンなどが串焼きとして提供される。
今回注文メニューは、まぐろ、サーモン、こまい、ブリ、サバ、カマンベールのにら醤油漬け、ガリ、フライドポテトなど。
串メニューについてはどれも絶品。レアに焼かれた串たちは口の中でホロホロほどける食感。全て塩味で注文したが、やや塩気にムラがあったような気がするものの美味しい。ブリはおすすめと言っていたこともあり、ダントツに美味。脂乗りがとても良い。つまみとして頼んだものもどれも美味しい。カマンベールチーズのにら醤油漬けはとてもしっかり使っておりややしょっぱいかと思ったが、アルコールとの相性は抜群。フライドポテトは何の変哲もない感じに見えるが、恐らく芋の品種なのだろうか、とても甘くて美味しい。これは今後も必ず注文したいところである。
メニューは概ね満足なのだが不満点を挙げるとすれば、席時間が2時間と決まっていたのだが、フードのラストオーダーが1時間前となかなか早いのである。序盤はその時に食べたいものを注文すればいいのだが、時間が差し迫ってきたところである程度食べたくなるであろう品をまとめて注文しておく必要がある。事情があるのだろうが、改善を強く望みたい。
今後の居酒屋チョイスのスタメン入りをしたこちらの店。フードのラストオーダーの改善に期待しつつ、また訪れたい。
