札幌市中央区南3条通り沿い、北向きのビル3F。
ビルエントランス付近に立て看板、ガラス壁にメニュー表が張られています。
エレベーターにて3Fへ。ワンフロアに２店舗、廊下突き当りがお店。
食べログページから席のみ予約して木曜日１９時に訪問。
此方は、海鮮の串を提供している居酒屋さん。
今回は札幌近郊の知人が転職で道東方面へ引っ越すことになり久しぶりに札幌で会食。
海鮮、生モノが食べられないが、火を通せばOK。
「こういう出し方をしてくれるお店探していたんですよ」とリクエストされた。
たしかに、海鮮串はありそうで中々ないですよね。
店内入ると、女性スタッフが出迎え、予約の有無、名前の確認。
席へ案内。
店内はテーブル席と、小上がりテーブル席がいくつか。
小上がりには４人組サラリーマン、３人組男女、後から４人組女性。。。
奥のテーブル席は６人組団体と賑わっております。
■飲み放題 １６８０円
食べログクーポンでは、２０００円→１６８０円と記載ありますが、
店舗のメニューでは最初から１６８０円表記になっています。
生ビール付き、最初にクラシックを。
その後は泡盛、残波（白）のロック、ソーダ割りを。
泡盛置いているのが良かったですね。
■お通し
業務用な感じの玉子焼き。かなり小さくカットした白身魚の南蛮漬け。

魚串は、各種あり。
味が塩かタレを選択、またトッピングで山椒、山わさび、大根おろしなど種類がある。
スタッフから「ぶり、〆さば、真鯛、サーモンはとくにおすすめ」と案内される。
塩は軽め、もう気持ち強めでも良かったかな。
タレは醤油みりんなどの合わせたもの、粘性は無くてさらりとしている。
通常だと中はほのかにレアでの提供だが、連れは生もの苦手なので「よく焼き」でお願いした。
１本３００円前後なので、５本も頼めば１５００円近くになり、飲み放題と合わせて３０００円くらいになっちゃう。
海鮮生もの苦手な連れも満足していたようで何より。
焼きで提供ですが、フライもあったら嬉しいな。
