大事な友人との会食で予約してうかがいました。
お寿司屋さんに珍しく黒を基調にしたシックなお店で、カウンターのみ8席くらい。
大将と女将さんのお二人のご様子。ですが大将の料理の仕切りが早いので、心地よいペースでコースが進みます。
前半は逸品料理、「カマトロのすき焼き風」「うなぎの北京ダック風」「エビとマスカットの和え物」「とうもろこしとベーコンとチーズの茶わん蒸し」など。茶碗蒸しは、シャリも入っていてリゾット風に混ぜて食べるのが美味しいし、エビとマスカットの組み合わせは初でしたが、エビの甘さ、マスカットの酸味と甘さ、かかっているコンソメジュレの塩味のバランスが絶妙でした。
その後の握りももちろん絶品。シャリもネタも小ぶりで、女性も一口で食べやすいサイズ感。醤油や塩はもちろん柚子胡椒などで味が調えられているので、そのまま食べられます。
今日のメニューでは、サバ・ニシンなど青魚系が多かったですが、しめだったり炙りだったりでバリエーションがあり、食感も色々楽しめました。締めに出る、「雲丹・いくら・カニのミニ三色丼」も幸福な一品。あさり汁も優しいお味でした。
コスパもとても良いし、大満足な約2時間でした！
