"Biratori Wagyu" is one of Hokkaido's three major Wagyu beef. You can overcome the freezing cold of Biratori Town and enjoy the concentrated flavor and rich flavor of the meat. At Kiwami Ri, we are particular about Biratori Wagyu beef, and always offer several types of rare cuts.
