店前を通るたびに気になっていたこちらの
お店に入ってみました。
お店は、爽やかなお兄さん2人でやってます。
1階のカウンターに陣取りメニューを眺め
ましょう。
ランチメニューは、
ビーフステーキプレート 1,000円
パスタと肉 1,200円
ローストビーフ丼 790円
漬け丼780円
山芋とろろステーキ丼 1,200円
の５種類です。
頼んだのは、パスタと肉をお願いしました。
パスタ大盛 無料なのでお願いしました。
注文受けてからステーキを焼き、生パスタ
を茹で始めました。
牛ロースステーキは200gとの事。
パスタの大盛りは130gとの事。
ちょっと時間が掛かっての提供です。
牛ロースステーキはミデアムレアな焼き
加減で塩コショーされています。
噛み応えがありボリュームがあります。
生パスタはもっちりな食感です。
自家製牛すじのミートは肉がホロホロで
ちょっと酸味が強くニンニクと香辛料を
感じます。
添え物のポテサラは粗めのジャガイモが
食感よく美味しいです。
ランチとしては高めですが美味しく
ボリュームがあり良かったです。
今度は、昼飲みしてみたいと思います。
