北海道で一番おいしいお寿司屋さん
東京 宮城 北海道では歳の割に（？）さまざまなお寿司屋さんに行ったり、連れてって貰った方がだと思うのですが、その中で一番好きです。
お寿司屋さんではおつまみ多めで、寿司は少しでいいタイプだったのですが、ここは絶対、寿司多めです…！！！シャリがすごくおいしい。ネタももちろん美味しい。北海道は「素材一流・技術二流」なんて言葉がありますが（本当にそう思う）ここは素材も技術も一流だと確信しています。そして大将が若いのもすごいなーって思います。同じ世代ではないけど、尊敬します。
最初同い年かと思った。
2、3年前に白金で行ったお寿司屋さんで、お一人さまの外人さんが大将に「今日は奥さんと来ないの？」って聞かれていて、「今日は僕の時間です」ってキリッと答えていたのが印象的だったのですが、そんな時間とお金を贅沢に、自分だけに使う価値のあるお店に出会えるっていいなーと憧れていたのですが、ここはそれが出来そうです。大きいTVあるし（大事）一人はハードル高いからまだ無理だけどいつかは。。！！！
月一しくら部を発足しました。
また来月お邪魔します。

久しぶりの北海道。
いちばん好きなお寿司屋さんは相変わらずとても美味しくて最高でした。
何食べても本当に美味しい…
