The shop is located in the basement of a multi-tenant building that houses many restaurants near Susukino intersection. It's not directly connected to the station, but it's almost right in front of the exit, so it's easy to find. There is only about 8 seats at the counter, and the seats are relatively wide, so I was able to enjoy it in a relaxed manner! After quenching your thirst with beer...we started with a classic bottled beer. *Please note that the beer is bottled beer. First, we started the meal with snacks.・Soft-boiled octopus ・Seared Spanish mackerel ・Hairy crab with sea urchin ・Salt-grilled saury ・Anno Tempura potato tempura ・Gari mackerel Grilled saury with salt is easy to eat by carefully removing the bones and internal organs. I'm happy to serve it as a seasonal grilled dish with this ingenuity ^^ The hairy crab and bafun sea urchin are also perfect as a snack! I've wanted to eat it for a long time~ Then, the homemade gari was prepared and it was time to start making nigiri!・Medium fatty tuna ・Yellow shabu ・Sumika ・Red meat pickled ・Botan shrimp topped with egg and shrimp miso ・Herring ・Kitayori broiled ・Miso pickled roe ・Bafun sea urchin ・Omelette roe Anyway, the miso pickled roe is exquisite! ! It was so delicious that I thought I could eat it as much as I wanted because it had a nice miso aroma but was not overpowering and had a refreshing taste. As for the sake I drank... - Sapporo Classic Bottle - Nisei Kotto - Gagakuyo - Eiko Kiku - Tatenogawa I received a number of spicy recommendations. There seem to be a lot of regulars, so it might feel a bit cozy when you first go there, but there's no difference in the service, and since you know each other, it's easy to talk to each other! So I recommend you to go without hesitation. The only disappointing thing is that they will tell you the story when they offer it, but they won't tell you where it is (all you have to do is just ask...^^;) Also, you can smoke at your seat. I guess it didn't bother me because there wasn't anyone smoking when I went, but people who care about the lingering scent do. However, the courses are reasonably priced, and the restaurant has a friendly atmosphere similar to a town Sushi, so I think it's a good restaurant for everyday use.
