すすきのでは長い歴史がある天ぷら店「蛯天本店」。２０１８年に閉店した翌年、店主が伝統の味を継承する形でこのお店がオープンしました。
蛯天時代は何度かお邪魔しています。店主にお会いするのは本当に久しぶりです。
あの頃と変わらない清潔感がある店内、カウンター席に案内されました。
お昼は天丼や天ぷら定食が１，６５０円とお手頃。
「天丼」（１，６５０円）を注文。
天丼が出来るまでにと
「瓶ビール」（５５０円）も。何かすぐにつまめるものは無いか店主に聞くと、
「枝豆でしたらご用意できますよ。」とのことなので
「枝豆」（５００円）もお願いしました。
枝豆をつまみに、ビールを飲みながら出来上がりを待ちます。
店主が具材を用意し、傾けた天ぷら鍋に衣を散らします。細かく散らした衣に具材を絡めるように揚げられます。天ぷらに花が咲いたようにどんどん揚がっていきますね。
天丼・・具材は、海老２本・きす・いか・春菊・ピーマン・かぼちゃ。タレがかかっていながらもサクサクと軽い食感、具材も本当にいいものを使われていますね。海老のプリっと弾むような食感は最高、ほっこりとしたかぼちゃも美味しかったし、きすも柔らかくて満足しました。
なめこと三つ葉の味噌椀も香の物も上品な味、クオリティがとても高い天丼だと思いました！
夜のコースはお値段それなりになるけど、是非コースも味わってみたい天麩羅の名店だと思います！！
