おからの酢の物、初めて食べた。
美味しいー！！

醤油は鰹の代わりに
四万十川の鮎の燻製を使った物だそうで
こだわりを感じます。

甘さが良き。

さつまいもはレモンと烏龍茶で煮ています。
産地にもこだわり、
手間暇がかかっていました。

１品料理はオツな物なのに
お安いなあと思いました。
すし処だけど、飲みのつまみのが良さそう。
喫煙可ですしね。
愛煙家の方にオススメです。
