Since I'm in Susukino, Sapporo, I popped in to visit "Sushidokoro Ryo". The restaurant is run by one friendly owner, and perhaps because it was early, there were no other customers in the counter-only restaurant. It was selection, and I would recommend it to those who like to talk alone, as they provided a variety of services for me.
