味は美味い、間違いない！でもちょっとサービスはcockyな感じです。
今日は工藤羊肉店さんにて1年ぶりのラムしゃぶ。
昨年人生初のラムしゃぶを食べて思いのほか美味しく満足したので、今回は違うお店で頂くことに。
このお店の基本は食べ放題コースから注文なので、本日は厳選ラムしゃぶ食べ放題を注文。
が、食べ放題のメニューに「食べ残しがあった場合は別途料金(2,000円/人)を頂きます。鍋に入っていても同様です。」とかなり強気の注意書きを見てちょっと脅されている感覚を覚えました。。
これは覚悟して注文しなければなりません。。
スープは2種を選択しますが、昆布出汁のスープはdefaultなのでもう一つは坦々スープを選択。
昆布だし自体はそれほど味を感じられませんが、ちょっと濃いめのポン酢にスープを注ぐと甘みも出て美味しいです。
坦々スープは胡麻の風味と辛味も効いていて、もやしやほうれん草は坦々スープに、他の野菜は昆布だしで頂きました。
極薄ラムしゃぶは最初だけ冷凍でクルクル巻かれた鮮やかな盛り付けで提供されますが、2皿目からは冷蔵の肉なので、ビジュアルはぺったんこの盛りつけなので箸でガッと2～3枚掴んで頂いた方が良いですね。
でも油断して肉をしゃぶしゃぶすると、肉が薄すぎて、ブツブツ切れ、坦々スープの様に濁ったスープの場合、切れ端が行方不明になりがちなので要注意です。
この日は店内で酒を飲み大声で騒ぐ団体も居てお店側も注意しないのでかなり気になりましたが、歓楽街の飲食店って事ですね。

久々にラムしゃぶが食べたくなり、工藤羊肉店2号店さんへお邪魔しました。
今回もラムしゃぶ食べ放題を注文し、スープはデフォルトの昆布出汁と坦々スープを注文。
野菜→肉の順で次々に食事が運ばれてきたので早速食べ放題開始。
昆布出汁はポン酢＋ネギ＆もみじおろしで、坦々スープは辛味があるのでそのまま頂きます。
個人的には坦々スープのごまの濃厚さと辛味がバランスよく好きです。
中盤で俵おにぎりを注文し極薄ラムを上に乗せた時点で「炙り」を注文。
まもなく店員さんがバーナー片手に目の前で炙ってくれます。
それをわさび醤油で頂きましたがこれが最高に美味い！米の固さ加減も最高でラムをわさび醤油で頂く美味しさを発見。
思わず2回注文してしまいました。
この美味さは定番化確定です！
