日曜の一日カフェ巡りを終えて一杯呑みます
「飲み放題しよう！!」と予約して貰ったのは「抹茶×日本酒 茶酒屋つみ木」さん
ちょっと早くから呑みたい輩に16時OPENが嬉しい
口開けで店内へ入ると天井にはカラフルな和傘が飾られ鮮やか
お金を掛けずに上手にお店作ってるな～ これ絶対女子受けするよねｗ
奥の方のテーブルへ案内され、とりあえずの「プレモル」で乾杯
先ずはアテ盛り「枝豆、梅水晶、ぽてと茶ラダ」
抹茶を混ぜ込んだ緑のポテサラは軽いお茶の風味でポリフェノールとビタミンたっぷりで身体に良さそう
ここでドリンクお替りは「つみ木ハイボール」へ
次に運ばれたのは「焼き鯖、茶葉ちらし鮨、漬物」
パリっと塩加減、焼き加減良い焼魚は鯖、これに鬼おろしが添えられる…抹茶との関連は無さそう
茶葉ちらし鮨…飯に抹茶を混ぜたようで緑な酢飯は斬新、あっさり弱めな酢加減は悪くないが若干炊きが硬いかなぁ
ネタは「甘海老、しめ鯖、サーモン、いくら」など、鮮度もほどほど、綺麗な盛り付けでインスタ映えする一品
デザートは抹茶のアイス最中・・・〆にあると嬉しいのはやはり女子目線に思える
小食な親父には充分な量で独創的な料理は美味しく楽しくいただきました
