This is a one-of-a-kind course using only aged Otaru Jidori chicken, which is extremely rare even in Hokkaido and is said to be a mythical chicken. It is aged in ice temperature and dry aging for more than 20 days to bring out the maximum flavor. As the aging process begins after we receive your reservation, we require reservations approximately one month in advance. This course allows you to experience aged chicken by having a whole aged chicken skewered for two people.

Owner: Mr. Seiichi Sato Mr. Sato previously worked at Susukino's popular yakitori restaurant "Kiyoyama." After that, he changed jobs to a wine shop and started ``Charcoal grilled chicken and wine Ajito'' as a way to utilize both of his experiences. Later, in July 2020, with the desire to provide even more authentic food, Otaru local chicken and Hokkaido brand chicken are slowly grilled over charcoal, allowing you to enjoy each delicious moment. “Yaki Sato” is now open!
