鮮度のいい鶏肉で焼いた焼鳥は、やっぱり別物でした！
最近オープンした本格焼鳥のお店。
正確には、リニューアルオープンです。
以前にも何度かお邪魔したことのあるお店ですが、すっかり和風の雰囲気に！
この字カウンターの店内は、木を基調の高級感のある雰囲気。
本日は、札幌では珍しいおまかせオーダーストップ制のコースでお願いしました。
以前東京の焼鳥屋さんでも同じスタイルのところかあって経験がありますが、その時はついつい食べ過ぎてしまい、今回はその反省を活かしてという感じです–。
まずは、いつものように生ビールを注文して焼鳥をよだれを垂らしながら？待ちます笑
店主の方が一本一本丁寧に目の前で焼いてくれます。
やっぱりライブ感はいいですね。食欲を倍増させてくれますねー。
食べていてすごく感じたのが、とにかく肉が柔らかい、全く焼き過ぎた感じはなく、鶏肉の鮮度がはっきりわかる味わいと食感。噛んだ瞬間、ジュワッときますね。
いっぺんに焼かれてくるのではないので、一番美味しい瞬間で食べられる、最高のおもてなしだと思います。
ただお腹の具合より、たくさん食べたいという欲が勝ってしまうのか、この日も食べ過ぎてしまい、最後の楽しみの締めにたどり着く事が出来ませんでした。
すぐにリベンジに来たいと思うお店でした。
大変美味しかったです。

ギリギリセーフ！
昨年オープンから3回目の訪問。
単純な焼鳥ではない、鷄料理と美味しいビールを堪能したく訪問。
落ち着いた清潔感あふれるカウンターに座り、お決まりの生ビールを注文！
いよいよおまかせコースのスタートです。
美味しいお通しから始まり、焼鳥が順番に登場！
今回のコースは、北海道産銘柄鷄と小樽地鶏が楽しめる内容です。
銘柄鷄のささみをギリギリの火の通し方で、柔らかいジュワとした食感は他の焼鳥屋さんでは味わえない一串、そして小樽地鶏だからこその、皮の肉厚な食感、モモ肉の噛みごたえと旨味、両方の特徴が充分に伝わる内容です。
お店のしつらえ、雰囲気、食材のクオリティ、串焼きの味わい、そろそろミシュランにも掲載も近いかなぁ！なんて笑
前回の反省から、コースにはない〆の食事、小樽地鶏の親子丼を食べようと考えていたのですが、今回もお腹がいっぱいになってしまい断念！
無念です
次回またリベンジ、3月以降かなぁ！
