Food [Specialty 1] Chicken-based soup
Menya Nanabee mainly serves chicken-based Ramen. We offer unique Ramen based on chicken paitan soup that has been slowly simmered for 20 hours. Each soup is made with a mellow and gentle flavor that brings out the flavor of the chicken. Please enjoy your meal.
Food [Specialty 2] Homemade noodles
All of our noodles are homemade. We use the best noodles for each soup. We blend carefully selected ingredients, including Hokkaido wheat, in a unique proportion to create noodles that are supple and rich in texture.

For the topping, instead of regular menma, we use menma with its soft texture. Because they are cut into long pieces, the soup sticks well to them, making them very delicious.

[Soy sauce] The main store uses fresh soy sauce, but the Susukino store uses awase soy sauce! I pursued depth. [Miso] We are bringing back the miso that was only available at “Ra no Michi”! I came back even more delicious! [Spicy miso] It has a strong spiciness.
