Born in 1970 in Sapporo. He began working in the food and beverage industry with the desire to do work that would please many people. He trained mainly in hotel Restaurants and obtained a professional chef's license for Western Cuisine. In 2020, he opened his own restaurant, "Umaimono Dining Garyu." He works hard every day, cherishing his desire to make his customers enjoy their meals casually.
