The unprecedented soft mozzarella and homemade semi-dried tomatoes go perfectly together. [Cold dish] Red shrimp carpaccio with a citrus scent Sweet red shrimp in homemade carpaccio sauce. A delicious melt-in-the-mouth dish. [Cold dish] Seared Japanese black beef tartare This is a very popular cold meat dish, both as an a la carte dish and as a course dish. A dish that shines with the secret ingredient that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. [Hot dish] Rare salmon cutlet This is our favorite fish dish. Salmon cutlet on only one side is one of a kind and delicious. [Main dish] Roasted ostrich This is a meat dish that Yo Oizumi highly praises. A red meat with a very strong flavor.
