南4西2からこちらに移転した海鮮居酒屋、しばらくぶりの訪店です♪
すずらんビルのセイコーマートの左の入り口から階段をとぼとぼ登り切っての二階の引き戸をからからからと開けて店内へ、個室がメインなのでやや迷路感ある造り、トイレ行った時の迷子に注意です( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
クーポン使って飲み放題、その他にもクーポンの種類があるので要チェックですねー
では、いただいたものを徒然と。。。
「一番搾りフローズン」なるビール、恥ずかしながら初めて飲みました( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
真夏に暑い盛りに真夏日に昼間に汗をかきながらビヤガ辺りで飲むと最高でしょうね。
泡が凍ってフローズン、冷や冷やです♪
「お通し」は袋から直接器に移すタイプですね。ある意味、安定です。
「北海道カニクリームコロッケ(330円・込)」、ほぼ芋、クリーム感薄く蟹もいらっしゃいません。
「寄せ豆腐の厚揚げ(506円・込)」、柔らかく滑らかな絹豆腐、厚揚げではなく揚げ出し豆腐に近いかな。
「干し魚三種炙り焼き(1,155円・込)」、細切れのホッケとこまい一本、そしてニセモノししゃもが二本。。。カペリンじゃなくさぁ、北海道なんだからさぁ、海鮮がウリなんだからさぁ・・・
「和風オムレツ(781円・込)」、これ・・・オムレツじゃなくてお父さんが焼いた卵焼きだよね。。。
「ポテトサラダ(352円・込)」、袋から出してマヨ足ししたのかな?マヨ酸味強めです。
「イカ刺し(737円・込)」、本日の厳選刺身とありましたから注文、イカはね、解凍した方が甘み増しますからね、食感は柔らかになりますが。。。しかし、生姜はおろしたものにして欲しいなぁ。。。
「インカの目覚め・バター煮(396円・込)」、甘く煮込まれたもともと甘いインカの目覚め、箸休め的に美味しくいただけます♪
店の造り的に、本州からの来客接待とかには使えるかな?みたいな。
個室が多いのと店内禁煙は嬉しいところ、ご馳走様でした。
