今年のお正月は札幌でゆっくり
でも2日にはちょっとお出かけするかい
晩御飯は、ふざけた店名で心配だけどフレンチと和食の創作料理と言うコンセプトに期待して
「お酒、お飯、お話。ねーねー」さんにツレと行きましょ
かなり混雑した店内のカウンターに座る
ところが予約したコースが店側に通っていなくて、単品注文することに（どーした食べログ予約⁈）
赤海老のユッケ780円、お刺身5点盛り1,958円、たちポン980円、大人の海老マヨ968円、エリンギと灯台つぶのパセリバター炒め880円、十勝桃花豚の肩ロース1,298円和牛ランプ肉のロースト1,738円と飲み放題1,408円をお願いする
先ずはビールでいただきます♪
お通しは鯛の胡麻和えでなかなか洒落てるよ
きっとレギュラーメニューの鯛茶漬けのヤツね
赤海老のユッケもネットリ美味しい
市場が休みなはずなのに たちポンが良いねー
これはびっくりしたな
大人の海老マヨにはシェフ曰く蟹味噌と山椒が入っているとの事
米粉？で揚げた様にさっくりした海老にタレが絡んでとても美味しいわ
甲殻類パワー全開で、山椒をアクセントにするのがセンスあるよ
エリンギと灯台つぶのパセリバターがまた凄く美味しいの！
塩分とニンニクとバターの配分が絶妙よ
この二品はあったら必ずオーダーすべき^ ^
最初は予約の行き違いがあって年明け初の外食なのに、と嫌な気分になったけど、その後のホールスタッフの接客やお料理の美味しさで帳消しだわ
内装はポップで、若めの客層は『シーフード玉手箱』をインスタで見て来ましたー
的な感じだけど、お料理はかなり良いから大人にもおすすめよ
レシートあるから投稿しやすいし 計13,298円也
