予約が取れてしまったので、訪問してしまったお店。（笑）
会員制と伺っていたので、ダメ元で予約をしてみると ... 予約が出来たので、早速予定を変更し体験してきました。
噂通りの繁盛店の人ごみをかき分け、階段を上ると別世界の様な空間があり、個室に通されました。 メニューは既にコースでお願い済み。
テーブルには 嬉しい事に名前入りのお品書きが置かれていました。
前菜の後、塩モノから始まり 次々と出されるお肉たち。
お店の方が最高の状態に焼いて下さります。
あっと言う間に、〆となり ... 通常ではない私の胃袋が過剰摂取を望んでいます。
お店の方にお伺いすると、『〆は選択制ですが、別料金で両方お出しできる』との事。
... お願いしてしまいました。（笑）
結果、ワイン等の注文もあり そこそこの良い価格にはなりましたが、美味しくいただきました。
また北の大地に行く目的が一つ増えてしまった一夜でした。
