【北海道焼肉北うし】
へ行ってきました
お店は焼肉ホルモン焼きの店内を通り２階へ行きます
一階のお店とはガラリの雰囲気が変わり高級感のあるお店へ様変わりします
全席個室なのかな？
個室で食事をしました
アラカルトも少し対応していただけますがコース一本となっております
まずは前菜から
焼肉屋さんの前菜とは思えない手のこみ方と美しさ
カラスミも自家製とのことでした
お次はユッケ
お肉にしっかり味がついています
ご飯と食べたくなります
海鮮とフルーツのキムチ
苺とホッキ貝でした
タンとハラミ
こちらは厚切りで柔らかい
脂もかなり乗っていました
特選焼肉
シャトーブリアンを炭で焼いてきて下さいました
