連絡先が公開されてない焼肉屋
住所はわかっているけど、そこに行っても、お店がなくて、探し回ってしまった。
ある店の中に入ると、別の階段があって、そこから案内されました。
北海道産の牛を始め、野菜・米・魚、全て道産で、お作りが芸術です。
肉は噛みごたえはあるも、3噛みくらいでスーと吸収されてしまいました!
コースは、味も量も充分堪能できました✨
ご馳走様でした。

When you think of Susukino in Sapporo, Hokkaido, you think Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). The taste blows away such a standard. A members-only Steak restaurant. Location and contact information are confidential. Still, I managed to go. Mainly course meals, you can choose based on price. I always choose the cheapest course at the store. Still, there was 300 grams of meat, so I was able to fully enjoy the quantity and quality. There are various parts of the meat, and all ingredients are sourced from Hokkaido.
