札幌すすきのの雑居ビルの中にあります。食べログの住所に１Fと記載があったので路面店かと思い暫く見つけることができませんでした笑
とても希少だと評判の高坂鳥が食べられるとのことで期待値マックスでお伺いしました。
料理メニューはコース1本。最近流行っている高級焼き鳥店はだいたいこのスタイルですね。
18時半に全席一斉にスタートします。
コースが始まると高坂鳥の様々な部位の串がテンポ良く提供されます。そしてどの串も旨い！さすが評判の高坂鳥と唸りつつワインも美味しく頂きました。〆のお蕎麦まで全て美味しく頂きました。
