マイレビさんとすすきの三人呑み
居酒屋でたらふく食べた後、二次会で伺ったのは「うにときんき 希寿」
遅めの時間で先客2名・・・
少々暗めの店内はなかなかの雰囲気
テーブル席へ座ります
ドリンクをオーダーして、二軒目なのを伝え、お任せで軽くつまみをお願いします
この段階で店名にもある「きんき」は売り切れとの事
通しのあと、出されたお造りは北海道を模した真っ白な器に、鮪、サーモン、北寄、白身などに、たっぷりな雲丹
鮮度に全く問題などなく、この店のコンセプトが明らかになります
雲丹に至っては店名に謳うだけあってトロリと甘く抜かりの無い品質
次に出された揚げ物で目についたのは「げんげの唐揚げ」
「げんげ」は道内では珍しい魚ですが、元は「下の下」(げのげ)と云われた深海魚
足が速く見た目が悪いので一時期は食用として見向きもされませんでしたが、美容に有効なコーラゲン豊富で最近注目の食材のようです
フワッと柔らかで淡泊な身質は揚げ物にピタリ
雲丹とイクラのひと口握りもまずまずの味わい
話しも弾みドリンクを数杯
会計は 33,000円ほど
内容は悪くないですが自分ごときが容易く利用出来る店ではないようです
