やきとり 髭の焼鳥を美味しく食べてもらうためのコースになります。 焼鳥一つ一つのポーションも大きく素材や産地にもこだわり、 炭も2種類合わせて火力、香りなど家庭ではなかなか味わう事が出来ない 炭焼きという調理法を最大限に生かした内容になっています。 素材は串の他、2年館雪蔵保冷庫で熟成させた芋や、更別チーズ工房のウォッシュチーズ を最大限に引き立てるお餅と合わせた炭焼きなど他では 食べられない味も楽しめます。

You can customize the grilled yakitori to your liking at each seat! There are many condiments that go well with Yakitori, such as Garam Shichimi, Ao Ichimi, Yuzu Shichimi, and Nimi (Japanese pepper and Shichimi)! Garam Shichimi is recommended for 100% venison meatballs!

The 100% venison meatballs, which are one of Yakitori Hige's popular skewers, are shipped directly from hunters in eastern Hokkaido! Providing the freshest deer meat to our customers through speedy processing and shipping as odor-free high-quality deer meatballs!
Food Specialty cheese
At Yakitori Hige, we sample various cheeses from all over Hokkaido, and use Sarabetsu Cheese Kobo's cheese to pair with Grilled skewer of meatballs, fillet, and tomatoes. The scent is a bit strong, but when you put it in your mouth along with the ingredients, you'll be surprised!

Yakitori Hige uses Hiroshima lemons from October to the end of April. It has a strong aroma and the juice has a good balance of acidity, making it a great supporting character for dishes and drinks. Whether it's yakitori, lemon sour, or fresh fish, lemons from overseas have a completely different flavor. Of course, since it is a non-wax product, you can use all of the skin and white parts, which are naturally high in nutrients. Highballs and lemon sours will be much more delicious with this lemon.
