All of them were really delicious, but what surprised me the most was this [2-year aged May Queen from Tokachi]!! ️ This character can be seen here and there on Kuchifuku's menu. Apparently these potatoes are not available on the market! ♀️ This time I had make-in with Tempura and clay pot rice...it was seriously amazing. The concept of real potatoes has been overturned ♀️♀️ It's more like a sweet potato than a potato, and it's very sweet! It's not just sweet, but it also has the natural taste of potatoes, so it's a strange feeling ♀️ I don't understand it anymore haha There's also a rare salt called Awayuki salt, and a beef tendon that's so tender you'll die. All the dishes were delicious and interesting, including the unusual broccoli for dipping sauce! Craft gin and sake are very popular here, and I got the Niseko one! I don't usually drink gin, but it was refreshing!
