2回目も大満足。
今回も早めに予約して3名で訪問。
事前予約は今回も飲み放題(2000円/2h)のみで料理はアラカルトで。
料理は、名物お通しのアジフライからつまみ、〆まで
一通り。特に印象に残ったのは、
◆「刺身盛り三笑(2200円)」から、
◆｢真たちポン酢(1200円)」
◆｢真たち天ぷら(1200円)」
◆｢野付大ホタテ刺し(1300円)」
名物で前回オーダー忘れした
◆｢筋子の天ぷら(980円)」
〆は、お寿司を数巻。
特に活〆ほっけ握りは美味しかったです。
アルコールはクラシックから日本酒。
今回も接客含め大満足だが、時間制限がなぁ。飲み放題を外しても時間制限あるようですが、あと30分は欲しい。
でも、人気なので仕方ないですね。もちろん再訪します。

今年(2023年)4月に開店したばかりだが既に別邸もオープンさせた人気店。
小生も何度か予約チャレンジもタイミングが合わずこの日やっとチャンス到来。
店内はカウンターとテーブル、半個室でキャパ狭め。
事前に飲み放題(2000円/2h)のみ予約して料理は単品で。
お通しは名物のアジフライ。サクサクで美味しい！
おすすめ料理は店の人が丁寧に説明してくれます。
印象に残った料理は以下、

・タチが大きく濃厚で秀逸！！！
◆｢小樽 子持ちにしんの丸干し焼き(980円)」
・卵も多くおいしい

◆｢十勝 新ごぼう素揚げ(650円)」
・サクサクで塩加減もよく美味しい！
◆「野付 大きい！！活ホタテ刺(1400円)」
・やばい！！
◆｢釧路 腰長マグロニラ正油タタキ(900円)」
・店の人のかなりのお勧めでしたが間違いない美味しさ！
筋子の天ぷらや寿司は満腹で食べれず次回への宿題。
CPいいですね。安い！！
接客も丁寧でいい。
全体的には、料理も酒のいずれもかなり美味しく噂以上で大満足でした。
ただ、予約が取りずらい、席がやや狭いは仕方ないが喫煙OKはやや残念かな。
でも、それ以上の価値ありで暫くは此処で決まり！

店内が少し改装され、カウンターが無くなってました。
今回は6名で利用。
幹事が事前にコースを予約。
◆｢大満足コース ボタンエビ・生牡蠣とおすすめ肉(鹿肉)料理 計7品 2時間飲み放題付き(5000円)」
・生牡蠣
・大根サラダ
・刺身盛り合わせ
・ホッケ焼き
・鹿肉ジンギスカン
・海鮮巻き&あら汁
刺身の鮮度、美味しいさはさすが。
鹿肉も臭みなく美味しい。
アルコールはクラシックから日本酒へ。満足。
今回も満足。
ただ、この日も食したいメニューが多数なのでやはりアラカルトの方がいいですね。
点数はコースでの点。
アラカルトなら3.8以上ですね。
