We visit producers in Hokkaido and purchase whole cows of their carefully selected pasture-raised cattle several times a year. We hope that by listening to the producers' passion and seeing the cows that were raised on that land with our own eyes, more people will come to know about the deliciousness and value of dairy cattle.

Soft serve ice cream is made with premium milk "Milk Life" from "Sakane Farm," an animal welfare certified farm in Tokachi Taiki Town. You can enjoy the luxurious rich flavor and umami. Some people even come to the store just for this Soft serve ice cream!

We offer a full course of dairy cows, the "Milk Meat Course," with a generous 6 dishes from appetizers to dessert, all at reasonable prices. The choice of main dish is also one of the reasons for its popularity. You can enjoy the luxury of our signature dish, "melty hayashi with plenty of beef tendons," and for dessert, "Milk Life Rich Soft Serve Soft serve ice cream."
