今年初の札幌。
この地に来たら必ずと言っていいほど伺う一笑さん。昨年別邸ができたので今回はそちらを訪問。
本店より大きく、個室も完備されています。メニューは本店と同じような感じ。
但しビールはクラッシックではなくキリン一番搾りです。
お通しは定番のアジフライ。かなり大きめです。以前大将から魚なんだからソースでなく醤油で食べてもらいたいと言われたのを思いだし醤油でいただきます。
そしてここの名物燻製刺し。
これが絶品。これを食べにここに来ると言っても過言ではないです。
今日は鮪、鰹、サクラマス、活たこ頭、サメカレイなどが仕込んであり、それらを全部いただきました。
鮮度の良い素材を軽く燻製にすると何とも言えない風味。
その中でも活たこ頭は面白い食感で印象的でした。
その他、厚岸産牡蠣や鶏肉麹揚げ、あんかけチーズ等をいただきました。
大満足の一夜でした。
