There are only 10 special seats available. The night view of Sapporo spreads out before your eyes. We recommend making a reservation in advance, even on weekdays. *You can enjoy the view of Sapporo from all seats, except the counter seats.
Food Steak steakburger made with 100% Shiraoi Wagyu beef
"Steak" is our unique Hamburg made from lean, delicious Shiraoi Wagyu beef that is ground very coarsely to retain its texture, wrapped in foil to lock in the flavor, and then slowly cooked in the oven. ``Fondant Cheese Sauce'', a hot special cheese sauce that goes well with the Steak, is served right in front of you, and is a specialty of our restaurant.

Our cheese fondue uses raclette cheese sent directly from Kyodo Gakusha Shintoku Farm, which has a farm in Tokachi. Authentic Swiss Emmental and Gruyère are added to create a rich and deep flavor. Our signature menu has been around since we opened.
