20周年ディナーコースを頂きました。
2016/10/15が、3回目の訪問です。
こちらのお店は、窓側のお席に座ると、札幌の夜景を楽しみながら、食事できるのが嬉しいです。
前菜に始まり8品のコースなので、満腹になれる事間違いなしです。
全てのお料理が、美味しいです。アワビステーキは、ソースが、塩味強めですがよく合っていると思います。
コースの全てのお料理が、お気に入りでした。中でもシンプルなのですが、パンにローズマリー風味のオリーブオイルをつけて食べるのは、ここで初めて食べましたが、美味しくて気に入っています。
後は、不思議なのにもかかわらず、美味しいと感じるのは、チーズフォンデュの時に出てくる羊羹です。チーズにつけて食べるのですが、羊羹の甘さとチーズが、喧嘩しないで、良いハーモニーを奏でるのが、好きです。
景観、お料理のお味、サービスなどなど素敵な点がたくさんあるので、特別な記念日、ロマンチックなデートに向いているお店だと思います。
おしゃれなお店なのでドレスコードが、気になったことがありますが、ドレスコードは、無いそうです。清潔感のある格好なら、スーツやドレスでなくても問題ないです。
