とある平日、首都圏ではむむむ？な頃、ランチにて近くを通り「そう言えば…」な未訪問なのを思い出し記念日ではありませんが中央区伏見の見晴らしは素晴らしい高級そうなレストランにお邪魔させて頂きました。。
駐車場は見合った台数停められそうです。
エレベーターにて3階へ上がればそこは3面高台からの景色が凄く、初回はたじろぎ窓際にはカウンター＆テーブルで真ん中にもテーブルエリアあり開店間もないお客さんは窓際に誘導してくれないのは何かお店のルールがあるのでしょう。。。
BGMは小粋な洋楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、ランチは基本ハンバーグがメインらしく今回そちらからソースを“名物フォンダンチーズ(1980円税)”の“パン”、選択出来るデザートは“カタラーナ”と“北海道メロンアイス”、セットドリンクは“アイスティー”、食べログクーポンを使いソフトドリンクを“ジンジャーエール(0円)”チョイスでお願いしてみます。
先発隊のお野菜のコンソメスープとサラダが到着、サラダは葉物中心、甘めなイタリアンドレッシングらしいのがかけられており、スープは思いの外あっさりで色んな野菜と椎茸やお肉の欠片もあり、塩気が少ないの含めて好印象で、食べログクーポンのレモン輪切り入りジンジャーエールと共に戴きました。
暫くして本体到着、おっ、何やらアルミホイルに包まれているものを僕がナイフとフォークにてオープンする儀式みたいなのは個人的にはちょっと面倒くさいです。そこへ追ってお姉さん持ってる手鍋よりトロトロチーズをかけられて完成します。
では改めて一口・・・ホーッ、ハンバーグ本体のお肉は軽く粗めなもので確か白老牛だったと思れ、白老牛の恩恵は僕には謎ですがお肉の味わい的にも悪くは無い味わいです。
そこに甘いベースとなる和風なソースが美味しくてこれだけでも良い感じですがとろけるフォンダンチーズなるものが思いの外クドくなく塩気も控えめなのは好印象で和風なソースとの相性も良かったです。
その隣には玉ねぎ、大きな人参が甘くてグッド、ジャガイモやえんどうもソースとチーズと共に美味しく戴きます。
添付の温めてある丸いパンは自家製かは謎ですがローズマリーのオリーブオイルと聞こえたものを浸けて美味しく戴きました。
お次に冷え冷えお皿に乗ったデザート到着、ひと口食べたら、ホウホウ、北海道の恩恵は僕には謎ですがしっかりメロン風味とアイスと上がほろ苦本体がプリンテイストのカタラーナをアイスティーと共に戴き終了します。
ふと、仕事の合間なのに思いっきり贅沢しちゃいました(^^;)。
