３階のエレベーターが開くと、広く黒で統一された高級感ある店内としっかりと制服を身につけたスタッフが出迎えてくれます。席は一面ガラス張りのカウンター席へ、札幌の街が見渡せる席です。注文はチーズフォンデュとハンバーグがメインのコース、まずはスピニングボウルサラダ。スタッフが席の後ろで新鮮な野菜を混ぜ合わせてくれます。でもこのパフォーマンス？意味があるんだろうか？？？野菜はドレッシングもちょうどよくなかなか美味しい！なかなか美味しいんだから意味あったんだろうな！次に野菜のコンソメスープ、よく市販の湯を入れて溶かして飲むスープという印象でアレッ？って感じです。パンはオイルと塩をつけながら食べましたがひじょうに美味しかったです。次にチーズフォンデュ、素材の良い美味しそーなものばかり、そのまま食べても美味しいんでこれにチーズを絡ませたらまずいはずがありません。チーズはやはりチーズで他店のチーズフォンデュと目立つ特徴はありませんが、求めていた味なので安心です！特に海老が美味しかった！もうひとつのメイン料理である白老和牛のハンバーグは銀座の包み焼で、熱々の銀紙を破って食べます。自分にとっては味の濃さが物足らず塩コショウを足して食べてました。肉質も白老和牛という高級感はあまり感じません。最後の盛り合わせデザートでお腹はいっぱいになりました。デザートはやはり美味しいです！！
