言わずと知れたまぐろがウリのお店、大きな看板に"まぐろ屋"と書かれているのが目を惹きます♪
駐車場は店舗前に3台分、バックで駐車することをお勧めします( ´∀｀ )
店内入ると右手がボックス席、左手がカウンター席で厨房と対面、パーテーションが設けられていて感染症対策もバッチリ♪
もちろん店内は禁煙です♡
メニューを拝見、見事なまでにマグロ鮪まぐろ、そりゃそうですよね、まぐろ屋なんだから( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
ジッと見つめているところに店主が一言"日替わりメニューもありますよーー"と、壁を見ると、うわぁ食べたかった黒カレイ煮つけは品切れ、いやいやシマホッケ焼きがあるじゃあーりませんか、「本日の日替わり定食(870円・込)」をシマホッケで注文しちゃいます♪
待つこと10分少々、まずはまぐろの刺身と白菜漬けと梅干が突き出しのように先発、お腹空いているし先に食べ始めてシマホッケを待っても良いんでしょうけどね・・・インスタ画像を投稿するためには全て揃えて撮りたいし。。。てなことで、勢揃いを待ちます( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
"お待たせしましたぁ"と味噌汁と白飯とシマホッケとが届き、これにて勢揃いしてのインスタ用撮影してからの食べログ用撮影してからのいただきまーーす♪
日本人って味噌汁に箸入れして一口啜ってから食べ始めますよね、不思議と。
親にそう教わったのかなぁ・・・ま、いいですけど。
出汁効く味噌汁はさらにそこにふのりで香りと旨味深く美味しい仕上がり、油揚げと三つ葉、良い組み合わせです♪
まぐろの刺身がやはり美味しい赤身らしいお味、わさびを載せて醤油チョイ浸けで♡
シマホッケが熱々で厚々で骨を外してその周りをしゃぷしゃぶして脂ノリとお味を楽しんでからのホッケの身っこに箸入れしてハフハフしながらの白飯かっこみ、アイアムジャパニーーズ♡
滅多に食べないどんぶりに盛られた白飯、ホッケとまぐろがあると進みますねー、みそ汁も美味いし♪
箸休めで白菜漬けをカリカリしてまたホッケ、まぐろ、白飯に味噌汁・・・至福のリピートでガツガツとあっという間に食べ終わり、満足ーーー♡
870円がもたらす満足、今度はまぐろに埋もれたいかな♡
