店名が『醤家』だけど関係ナシ！
問答無用で醤油を頼みたくなる店名ですよねw
塩は2種類
鯛干しと貝柱出汁って気になりません？
拘り感を匂わせてる( *´艸)
見た目はシンプル
油分は少なめで胡麻が浮かぶスープ
ちょっとニンニクの味がする？
で、肝心の鯛干しと貝柱出汁は......

バカ舌では存在を感じず
フツウに有りそうなあっさり塩って感じ
