かなり、ひさしぶりにに訪問。
以前は、細い路地を入った古民家が店舗で、独特の雰囲気のある店だったが…、現在は、ビルの1階の路面店で薄暗いカフェのような店舗。。。
以前の店舗は火事により焼失したと聞いたが…、居抜きでこの店に移ったのかな？？
札幌にスープカレー旋風が巻き起こった10数年前、新進気鋭の店ということで注目を集めて西武百貨店に出店したり、札幌スープカレー界の初期を盛り上げた店だったが、最近はあまり店の名前を聞くことが少なくなってきた感がある。
コロナ禍のせいなのか、土曜日のランチタイムに、他に客は1組のみ。
女性店員1人だけのオペレーション。
調理もこの女性店員が1人でこなしている。
なんか、店に活気が無い。。。
ひさしぶりに「ありがち」を食べたが、トマト風味のスープは相変わらず美味い。
だが、さまざまな特徴を持ったスープカレー店が増えた現在ではインパクトに欠ける…。
本当に「ありがち」になってしまった。
基本スペックの高いお店なので、過去のようなワクワクする空気感が欲しい。
具体的には、お店の活気と、インパクトのある新メニューが欲しいところである。
