木金土に跨り訪問。訪問というよりは、滞在したホテルで、朝食と、夜の飲み会に利用しました。
第一印象は、「お、いい雰囲気！」という感じ。屋内なのですが、天井が高く開放的な雰囲気で、言わばアジアのリゾートっぽい雰囲気です。
味は、朝はバイキングとしては充実していると思います。総じていうと、クロワッサンやパンオショコラなどのパン、サラダ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジュース、スープなどを味わえます。パンは正直いまひとつでしたが、自家製のスープを味わえるのはポイント高いし、ヨーグルトもドライフルーツなどのトッピングがある点が良かったです。
これらのバイキングメニューに加え、ガレットを注文できます。野菜、シーフード、フルーツのなかから選べます。僕は２日ともフルーツにしました。
夜は、お酒、ツマミいずれもラインナップが不足している感があります。たとえば、ペルノーをトニックウォーターで割ってください、と頼んだら、ペルノーって何？と聞かれました。
