札幌市営地下鉄南北線の中島公園駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにあります。
ホテルマイステイズプレミア札幌パークの一階です。
オシャレな入り口の前で待機し係の人に案内されました。
建物の中なのに、とても天井や木が高く、屋外にいる様な空間です。
席に着き渡されたランチメニューをながめました。
この中から
『海元鶏のロースト セミドライトマトとバルサミコ酢のサルサを添えて』
を注文しました。
主食はスキレットブレッドを選びました。
サラダとドリンクはビュッフェ形式になっています。
さっそくサラダを。
レタス、タマネギ、にんじんなどいろいろな食材があります。
サラダなのにクスクスもあります。
オーソドックスなドレッシング以外に、チョット変わった紫芋のドレッシングというのを選びました。
ドリンクのコーナーでは、自分で淹れるコーヒーを試しました。
程なくするとメインのランチがやってきました。
丸まった大きめの鶏肉が３つ。
一口いただくとガーリックっぽい風味が、口の中にフワッとり広がりました。
大変おいしいです。
バルサミコ酢のサルサがたっぷりです。
ブレッドの上には塩がついています。
この塩があることでブレッドの甘味が増します。
そしめモッチリとしていてリッチな感じがします。
そのほか、ピンク色したドリンクやホットティーもいただきました。
大変優雅なホテルランチになりました。
