主食のハード系パン5種のみのお店。
こちらのパンと赤ワインと
ちょっぴりのおいしいおつまみで
普段の夜の時間をゆったり贅沢に変える。
そんな気分が味わえます。
内側のクラムはもっちり、しっとり。
皮のクラストは焦げ目がつき、
窯焼きピザのような香りが立ちます。

レバーペースト、もう間違いない美味しさ！
クミンなどのスパイス使いで臭みも全くありません。
レバーペーストとかパテとかリエットとか、
スーパーでももっと手に入りやすいといいんですが。
今晩はこちらのパンとペーストに
昨晩の飲み残しの1000円ワイン。
アボカドとモッツァレラで晩酌です。
遠いのでなかなか伺えないのが残念。
