和食膳はかなりの品数がはいていて
基本的にどのお菜を頂いても一定の安定感があって
美味しかったです
お水やお茶、コーヒーなどは自らのセルフスタイルで
お願いします。という感じでした
私は和食膳を選択しましたが、海鮮丼を選択されているお客さんが多数派のようにも感じました。
コロナ禍もありかなり氣を使って席のキャパなどを考えて
配置しているように感じました。
個人的には原価率もよく考えて提供されていると感じました
