ランチで、１日１０食限定「十勝ハーブ牛のローストビーフ丼８８０円」。「笑しべ ヤマハナ」は、昼は牛すじカレーにローストビーフ丼など。夜は居酒屋営業のお店。2０１９年１２月２１日に、移転オープンです。
暑くなると特に症状が悪化をする、国が指定をしている難病です。
12月に入り一層の暖房による病院内や各商業施設の高温化で、体調不良の中でのレビューになります。
