東京で老舗天ぷら店で８年間腕を振るい
1996年 故郷の北海道にて「てんぷら 樹」（みき）を開店
経験から培った技術で、北海道でも本場江戸前の天ぷらが味わえると評判に。
『真心庵 天真』
12月15日に開店
庭園が見える綺麗なお店
カウンター席だけの大人の空間でした。
お昼のコース 5800円を予約
・先付け
・江戸前天ぷら （車海老、キス、いか、メゴチ、穴子など6品）
・季節の野菜天ぷら （ペコロス、小茄子、蓮根など3品）
・北の天ぷら （真だち、帆立など2品）
・食事 かき揚げ（天丼又は天茶からお選びください）
・香の物・味噌汁
・甘味・コーヒー
お酒も豊富で、お店にはソムリエさんも常駐しておりました。
どれも、揚げたての旨い素材でした。
夜はお刺身やも入り
素材のグレードが上がって
