Each restaurant is conceptual and has "something" that captures people's hearts. The origin of this is a cafe in the Maruyama district of Sapporo. The building, which was renovated from an old house in 1996, seems to have jumped out of a storybook. The red tin roof covered in ivy and the hidden cafe space at the top of a small staircase will capture your heart in an instant. How slowly time passes. The coffee roasted in-house is popular, but the homemade desserts are also popular. Among them, the "Gâteau Fromage" is a specialty. It uses a lot of Hokkaido cheese and is characterized by its richness and the slight sweetness of the fresh cream. The base is covered with tart dough, and its texture and saltiness add an accent. It is delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the original taste of Morihiko. Thank you for the meal.
