なかなか清潔感もあり居心地のいいしつらえではあるが
いかにも料亭・割烹という凛という緊張感・高級感を期待する向きは期待を裏切られるかもしれない
料理はなかなか練られた品のいい構成ではあるが
京の一流店などと比較するまでも無く説得力にやや欠けた弱弱しさは否めないし 価格帯から当然ではあるが高級食材が出る訳でも勿論ない
また 別に構わないのだが量が少なく女性向きのポーションという印象
客層も所謂一般客主体で割烹とは謳っているが文人墨客や旦那衆が通う感じでは全く無い
しかし とん○んに代表される和食ファミレスとは明らかに格違いの調理技量と質ではあって 気軽に良質低廉な和食コースを味わうことが出来る
やや高級目な温泉旅館のような感じといえば伝わるかもしれない
会話を楽しみ普段着の昼夕食を気軽に取るのに重宝する良い店かと思うし
こういうクラスの店でまあまあ食せる店は 実はあまり無いことから希少性も感じる
酒類はやや物足りないがコンセプトからは仕方がないと思う
サービスはやや固めで若干事務的ではあるものの馴れ馴れしいよりも好感で十分プロレベルと思う
バランスの取れたなかなか良い店という印象
