某ムックを見て、お店へ行ってみることにしました。お店の場所は円山公園駅の近くなので、中心部からやや外れた地域ですが、札幌の円山というと富裕層の多い地域なので、それはそれで引き合いが多いようです。この日も個室・テーブル・カウンターと、ほとんどの席が埋まっていました。写真の最初の方が曇っていますが、寒い中迷って歩き回って、カメラが冷えてしまったせいです。寒さでスマホのバッテリーも低下したおかげで、歩き回るハメになりました（笑）。お店は思っていたよりも大きくて立派なので、これだけの席を埋めるのは大変そうだなと思ったりしました。余計なお世話ですね。客層はやっぱり常連の方や近隣の方が多いようです。一見の客にも話しかけてくれるのはいいんですが、大将がカウンターに出ていないので、会話が微妙な流れになったときに止めてくれる人がいないんですよね。これじゃ一見の客は逃げちゃうんじゃないかな…。
夜のコースは5kくらいからあってすごいなーという感じです。そういう意味でも使いやすいと思います。今回は5kで、やや家庭料理っぽい感は否めないですが、全体的な内容は悪くありません。椀の出汁はカツオが強くて、酸味を感じるくらい。この辺が東京っぽい感じです。実は、好みの出汁じゃないんですけどもね。酸味が出てしまうと、そっちばかり気になってしまって。安いコースだからこんな感じなのかもしれませんが、きっと出汁は同じですよね…。まあ、あらかじめ椀を外してもらうというのも手ではあるのですが。お酒も安いので、悪いお店ではないと思うんですけどね。まだまだこれからのお店だと思うので、頑張ってほしいです。
