We had a kaiseki luncheon to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Reservations are required for this restaurant. We also made a reservation and visited. Four cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the store. It was lunchtime, but there was one empty seat ^_^ The seat I was given was a seat with a view of Tsukubai. Sparrows were flying in to quench their thirst, and flower bees were flying slowly. A nice, relaxing landscape. The room is a private room. Waiting for your meal while looking at the jars lined up. First, let's boil mugwort tofu and vegetables. Eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini, and edamame are brightly colored and have a gentle taste. Mugwort tofu has a slight aroma. Ainame Sumashijiru is a light and chewy ainame with a little plum on top. Sashimi includes sea bream, tuna, scallops, and sweet shrimp. Sea bream is extremely sweet. Both the tuna and scallops were fresh and delicious, but the shrimp was outstanding. There is little sea odor, and the sweetness and richness are outstanding. The tomato and mozzarella chawanmushi was also a surprise. The waiter told me to be careful because it was warm, but I didn't see any steam coming out, so I scooped it up with a spoon and put it in my mouth, which surprised me a bit (^。^) lol And I was surprised by the taste. My brain was dominated by the image that chawanmushi equals the taste of eggs and dashi, so I was instantly confused by the sourness of the tomato and the rich mozzarella. But this is addicting. Asparagus Tempura, fried very well. Finish with salmon and whitebait rice, miso soup, and pickles. I think the miso soup is a little salty. Since it's a Hokkaido product, I don't like red miso, but even with that in mind, it's a little strong. Dessert was yuzu sorbet. The food was delicious with sophisticated seasoning, and I was about 7 minutes into my meal, which felt just right. but. Ornamental pots, ceiling fan. Hmm. I think food and space are equally important٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
