札幌の円山エリアにある割烹。某ローカル番組（Dﾜｲﾄﾞ）でロケしていてBMしていたお店。
今月末まで1,000円（税別）で頂ける「ぜいたく丼定食」を食べに行ってまいりました。
何より個室なのがうれしいですね♪駐車場はお店前に4台分スペースがあります。
予約なしで12時すぎに訪問。
駐車場に車を停め店内へ入ります。
仲居さんに案内され奥の個室へ。
これはとても良い隠れ家感。いいですねぇ。
お番茶とおしぼりどうぞ～って。
うんうん。お番茶美味しいのがいいね
入る前から決めていた「ぜいたく丼定食」通常1,650円→5月末まで1,100円（税込）を二つオーダー。
お時間かかりますが大丈夫ですか？と。 どれぐらいかかるか分かりませんでしたが夜からの仕事なのでOKですと伝えます。
コーヒーと水菓子ついていなくって、200円で付けられますが？と聞かれましたが丁重にお断りをし待ちます。
15分ほど待ち運ばれてきました。
◎トマトとチーズの茶わん蒸し （単品価格だと550円）
まさかの一品出しで驚きました。
一度出しだと思っていたので、分けて出すのか・・・という驚きですね。
メニューを見るとこれがこちらのお店の名物だそうで。
これがまー 美味しいんです。とっても。
一番美味しかったです。
器も餡もアツアツ状態で、
チーズののび～て、とろ～りとしていて
トマトも細かく切ってあって風味がいい感じ。
驚いたのは中からうどんが出てきたところ。う、うどん！？
これがまー美味しくって。
ちょっと濃い味ですが美味しく頂きました。あぁ・・・美味しかった。
食べ終わって10分ほど待つとお膳が来ました。
なるほどなぁー！こりゃすごいや！
説明しますねっていうから何の説明かと思ったらお醤油の説明でした。
左手が黄身醤油。ワサビを溶いて生チラシにかけてお召し上がりください。
右手は醤油。チラシの上に乗っているお刺身をつけるときにお使いください
とのこと。 一瞬「？？」になりましたが食べはじめたらわかりました。
タイトルでは生ちらし定食と書きましたが正式には
「ぜいたく丼定食」
ぜいたく丼ってなんぞや？と思われるので生ちらしとタイトルに書かせていただきましたけど
このぜいたく丼本当にぜいたくです。
新鮮な刺身たち。
オオバチマグロ、ホタテ、エビ、サーモン、タイ？、カズノコ、イカ、イクラ・・・。
贅沢です。ご飯が少ないよ！！って言いたいぐらいにネタがたっぷり。
食感の為のキュウリとカズノコ。
風味出すためのミョウガ。3枚ついている海苔の使い方は正解はないのでしょうけれど
ご飯に巻いてその上にマグロをのっけて食べたら美味しかったですね。
とにかくこの生チラシのポテンシャル高い、高すぎる。
単品でも800円は取れるほどにネタがたっぷりで美味しかったです。
八寸
出汁巻きタマゴ → 王道の味付け
鮭の西京焼き → この味付けイイかも！
エビフライ！？ →アラレで揚げているのがイイネ！
その他いろいろ。写真じゃわからないけどサツマイモの下にも隠れています。
赤だしのキリっとしたお味噌汁も
生ちらしにいいアクセントをもたらす漬物も。
ちょっと変わった濃厚な味付けのお豆腐も。
美味しかったし、楽しかったなぁ
絶妙なタイミングでお茶のお替り持ってきてくれたけれど
厨房の中での従業員の私語が駄々洩れ。
「宮沢〇え」が～ってなんの話してんだよっていう。
ただ総じて満足、大満足しました。
この金額は今月までなので、もう一回ぐらい行きたいかな。
リピはありですが1,650円なら少し考えるかな・・・。
