超人気のハンバーグ屋さん。
街中店も超人気店ですね。
この日、本当はこの期間は予約ができない鰻屋さん訪問も案の定既に売切れとの事で、急遽ダメ元予約なしで訪問。当然満席も運良く入れ替わりで5分程の待ちで入店。
店内は、カウンターとテーブル席の小洒落たカフェ風。
全て女性だけで切盛りされてました。
オーダーはQRで、

約25分掛かり来器。
追加した｢名も無き道産牛」は焼き忘れたとの事で約5分程遅れて別皿で来器。
卓上のペテットで焼き加減を調整できます。
ランチハンバーグ、美味しいですね。このソース自体も非常に美味し。
追加した｢名も無き道産牛」は、ランチハンバーグより肉肉しさは感じるが、ソースの絡みがあるのでそれ程の違いは感じられず。違う物か、ソースを変えればよかったかな、、。
硬め炊きのご飯、たっぷりサラダ、ポテト、エスプレッソの何も美味しくいいですね。
全体的には、雰囲気、数種ある変わり種ソース、盛り付け等、全て女性受けする要素だらけで人気に納得の美味しいハンバーグでした。
次回は、｢八丁味噌とプルーンのデミグラス」で再訪したいです。
